The听one-day听event听aimed to develop students鈥� leadership skills, empowering听them to drive positive change in their school communities.听听听听听
Throughout the day, students听participated听in interactive workshops and group discussions, sharing examples of best practice from their own听academies听and debating key issues affecting their peers. They then explored ways to strengthen student voice and leadership, mapping out how they would put their ideas into action over the course of the school year.听
Anti-Bullying ambassadors from Shireland听Collegiate听Academy supported the event with a听performance听highlighting听the importance of promoting respect,听inclusion听and wellbeing. Their听involvement听emphasised the key role students play in shaping听a听positive and inclusive school environment.听听
The event concluded with groups presenting their drafted plans to fellow students and staff, sharing ideas that will be developed into tangible projects in their schools.听

Its central approach, Territory Mapping, uses visual tools to help students reflect on who they are, where they are going, and how they can grow. The programme combines personal reflection with real-world challenges, leadership听development听and curriculum integration, giving students a framework to build self-awareness,听purpose听and wellbeing.听
